It all began when I got my first video camera to shoot with. It was a 1980's JVC VHS Camcorder. It was big, bulky, poor quality compared to today's standards but none the less, a camera that I could shoot and be creative with. From remakes of E.R. skits to music videos, I knew at a young age that I wanted to be a film-maker.
Below I have put some of my more recent work and a breif description of what they were all about. Enjopy! View Luke's Filming Calendar. This calendar is updated regularly. If you are interested in participating in any upcoming shoot, please contact me.
480 Seconds: Short Film (2004)

This was my first major production. And by major, I mean minor in the real world, but the first film I made that included over 20 people. We actually had around 30 people involved in the film, and the entire film was made over a 48 hour period. For the making of a 48 Hour film, we draw a Character Name, Prop, and Line of Dialog that must be in the film on a Friday night. We then leave, and have 48 hours to write, storyboard, shoot, edit, and finish producing a 5-8 minute film. For this film, she shot over 5 hours of footage for a measly 8 minute production. Please click on the right picture to watch the film. I am currently in the process of re-editing the film, because the ending is not exactly what we were intending it to be. :)
