A tragic event occurred yesterday in our backyard pool. Although it is not deep enough for a human to drown in, it certainly was for this poor little bird, I thought the girls would be sad to see such thing but instead Kaitlyn thought it was a really cool thing to see and yelled for her sister to come out and see the dead bird. Lexis was just baffled on how the bird could have drown and didn't care much more about it so went back inside. Kaitlyn and I did what was best for the little bird which was to put it in a ziploc bag and throw it in the trash.

Let us all have a moment of silence for the family of this bird... Peace be with you bird in your journey to the dump.
